- Hot plate: 150 (height) x 600 (width) mm, made by steel
- Standard specification with 18 pieces of hot plate, surface has treated with grinding and chrome plating.
- The lift up and low down of Press system is operated by hydraulic control. (Hydraulic unit with 5 HP power)
- Hot plate structure is European design to have average temperature and ensure corrugated board flat and smooth.
- Hot plate section using shoe press system and synchronized with production speed could automatic adjust pressure and height, to ensure corrugated board flat and smooth.
- Cooling section using thermo bar press design.
- Operation and Driving side are all closed type with cover.
